These classes are conducted on Zoom - an online platform. Do yoga from the comfort and safety of your own home.

These Zoom classes will focus on alignment, opening & strengthening the body, and starting the day with a positive light.

All Levels: Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays
Time: 8:30am-9:30am PT

Gentle: Wednesday & Fridays
Time: 8:30am-9:30am

Cost is $10/class per class (You can put multiple items in your cart to purchase more than one at a time)

How it Works
You will need to download the online software, the Zoom client, 15 minutes ahead of time on your phone, computer, and/or tablet.

Have your props handy! I recommend 2 blocks, a blanket, and a strap/belt.

Please note all live-stream classes are in Pacific Time.

After you register, you’ll receive an email from me that will include link to join the Zoom class at the scheduled time. You do not need a Zoom account to access the links. You will also have the option to view the recorded class at a later time.
