Here is a gentle reminder that Zoom Hatha Yoga Classes are starting up in just 9 days (Tues, Jan 20)! That’s crazy to me!!!

Currently, I am posting this from Fairfield, CA - about an hour outside of San Francisco. I’ll pull in to SF tmrw morning to unload and get the trailer back to U-haul.

The drive was clear roads, clear skies, and amazing views! I’m one lucky individual that way.

Listened to some music and podcasts. A few on grief and loss and cried it out while driving cross-counrty (all while safely navigating my vehicle).

I’m ready to be there already, but I can wait 24 hours! The hotel I am at has a pool, hot tub, and fitness center - so that’s nice. I’ll walk around Fairfield and check some of it out. It’ll be amazing to be walking around and not sitting down and driving. My hips and low back are very excited about that.

While an update to my journey is lovey - mainly I wanted to remind y’all that the Zoom classes will be starting up on Tuesday, January 20th at 8:30am. Same times on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Same format.

If you can’t make it to the live sessions, you can still join the session and after each class I will send a link to a recording of that day’s class which will be good for 11 days. These classes will no longer be posted on Patreon as part of the package. I will still put up new material, but it will NOT be the Live Zoom classes (as it was previously).

Price is just $13/class and you’ll pay for the whole session up front. If anyone has never tried the online classes and you are unsure if it’s something you’d like to sign up for… please contact me via email: christeljoy@me.com so I can send you the link and you can try one class on me. (This offer is valid only to those who have never taken an online class with CJoy Yoga previously)
